Assessment findings and site-specific security information are treated as strictly confidential and are not shared outside your engagement team.
Assessment data and confidentiality
All security assessment findings, site photographs, vulnerability documentation, and risk scores produced during a WorldSafe engagement are treated as confidential client information. This material is stored securely, accessible only to the practitioners assigned to your engagement, and is not used for any purpose other than delivering your assessment and supporting your remediation.
Data retention
We retain client engagement records for seven years following the completion of an engagement, consistent with industry standards for professional services. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at privacy@worldsafe.com. Note that certain records may be required to be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
